City of Carnage Game Rules
(1) All point purchase's are non-refundable. Once you make the purchase you will not be refunded if you violate the rules or terms of service and get deleted.
(2) Using a stolen credit card, debit card, or bank account to purchase points will result in the deletion of your account and having your ip address, email address, and browser information forwarded to the proper authoroties.
(3) If you apply and are accepted as a staff member in the game you will be subject to double punishment for any rule violation.
(4) While rule violations may result in diffrent punishments terms of service violations result in account deletion.
(5) TB Interactive, TB Interactive Owners, and TB Interactive Staff are not liable for user content. We will take action on any content in violation of the rules or terms of service once reported however we cannot control a users actions.
(6) If applying for game staff you will be required to submit personal information. By submitting a staff application you agree that any and all information submitted is legally accurate.
(7) SPAMING Chat Services, Forums, Search Engines, E-Mail, or anyother form of unwanted spamming of your referal link will not be tolerated. Those users caught doing so will be reported to the FCC for a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
(8) Attacking or threatening to attack our networks in any form is a violation of 18 U.S.C. 1030.Fraud and Related Activity in Connection with Computers. And will be reported to the DOJ and FCC.
(9) Attempting to distrubute content deemed illegal under United States Law will not be tolerated and will be reported to the proper authoroties.
(10) Attempting to hack, sql inject, url inject, or in any other way cheat the game will result in your acocunt being deleted. All such activites are logged.
(11) We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer without a given reason.
